Time to File FIRs Against PM Modi, Amit Shah, and Godi Media

The recent defamation campaign against Rahul Gandhi by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and the Godi Media demands urgent legal action. They wrongfully accused Gandhi of portraying Hinduism as a violent religion, a claim that Dharam Guru Shankaracharya Ji, one of the four revered leaders of Hinduism, has debunked. In his speech, Rahul Gandhi explicitly stated that a true Hindu shuns violence, emphasizing that BJP followers do not embody true Hindu values. This distinction was tragically validated when, the very next day in Gujarat, violence erupted as planned by Modi and Shah, revealing their modus operandi.

In Gujarat, hired gangsters acting under the guise of protecting Hinduism attacked Congress party offices, perpetuating a culture of fear that has been fostered under the leadership of Modi and Shah for years. This incident not only corroborates Gandhi's statements but also highlights the urgent need for accountability. The Indian public must take a stand by filing First Information Reports (FIRs) against those who orchestrate such divisive and violent tactics.

While some may argue that these FIRs will be ineffective due to the systemic control exerted by these forces, inaction guarantees no change. Filing FIRs, even with slim chances of immediate success, can attract legal attention and start to discourage the Godi Media from fanning the flames of division. It sends a clear message that the people of India will not tolerate the manipulation of religious sentiments for political gain.

These FIRs can be filed anywhere in India, as Hindus across the nation were misled by the actions and rhetoric of Modi, Shah, and the Godi Media. Holding them accountable is crucial to prevent further misguidance and to demand that the government address the real needs of the people, which have been neglected in favor of enriching a select few friends of those in power.

The strategy of using religious propaganda as a diversion from the government's failures must be confronted. When violence erupted only in Gujarat, it signaled that the public might finally be seeing through these tactics. The fact that both Ambani and Adani are reportedly seeking ways to align with the INDIA group further indicates that the days of the Modi government might be numbered.

In conclusion, it is critical to file FIRs against Modi, Shah, and the Godi Media for their attempts to incite violence and mislead the public in the name of religion. These actions are essential to uphold justice, promote accountability, and ensure that the true needs of the people are addressed, free from the divisive and violent tactics of the current leadership.
